I am an Anam Cara see www.anamcharadas.com. and a primal integration facilitator. see www.primals.org. I am 59, married for 36 years.  I have two beautiful daughters, and two wonderful grandsons.   My life these days is one of quiet solitude, and my greatest joy is being a witness to my own unfolding, and the privilege of journeying as a spiritual companion, and primal integration facilitator  for those who trust their lives to me for a portion of their journey, as they too unfold.

When I am not working with companionees or clients, I am on a training team for spiritual directors.  I love to read, to garden, to sing oratorio ( soprano) and walk by the sea  with my two collies.   I treasure microscopically honest relationships, but these are rare. 

MY GOAL

To allow whatever arises in my consciousness which might separate myself from GODSELF to be  recognised, processed, felt, integrated, and let go, so that nothing in this life will separate me from God.

To become transparent.
